FOUNDATION

Local Business center was founded in 15 of October 2002 by Montenegrin National Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (NASME). It is a part of similar network centers established throughout Montenegro.

GOALS

1. Long-term: Providing favorable conditions for SME setting up, growing and developing, and competitive enhancement of existing SME within next 5 years as well. 
2. Short-term: Creating a statistic database for existing SME, acting as an information service, and producing of some developing projects.

BASIC ACTIVITIES

Giving quick and appropriate service and information to potential and existing entrepreneurs and promoting entrepreneurship both at local and regional level.
The Center basic activities cover small and medium-sized enterprises assisting through two organizational parts:

Providing information to SME and potential entrepreneurs about financial sources, markets, potential partners, legal issues, etc.
Business registration assistance
Finding ways for financial support to set up your own business
Drafting business / investment plans
Intermediating in loans support
Assisting in marketing, management, organization, or connecting with consulting agencies
Providing business education, trainings and workshops
